These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaundryHub app and website. By creating an account or using LaundryHub you agree to these Terms.
LaundryHub is a software platform that helps laundry businesses manage orders, customers, payments, delivery and reporting. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff access you grant within it. Keep your login details secure.
New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. If you do not choose a paid plan, your ability to take new orders pauses when the trial ends — your existing data is retained.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may be subject to applicable taxes (including GST). We will give reasonable notice of any price change. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
You own the business data you enter. You are responsible for handling your customers' information lawfully and for the messages you send to them through the platform.
We work to keep LaundryHub reliable and available, but the service is provided "as is". Occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, LaundryHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
