This Privacy Policy explains how LaundryHub ("LaundryHub", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our laundry management app and website. By using LaundryHub you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, business name, email address and phone number when you sign up.
• Business data you enter — orders, services, staff records and the customer details you record while running your laundry.
• Payment information — subscription payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information such as device type and app activity, used to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use information

We use the information to provide and operate the service, process subscription billing, provide support, keep the platform secure, and improve LaundryHub. We may send you service-related messages about your account, billing or important changes.

3. Customer data you enter

The details you record about your own customers belong to you. You are responsible for handling that data lawfully; we process it only on your behalf to provide the service to you.

4. Sharing information

We share information only with service providers who help us run LaundryHub — for example, our payment processor and our messaging providers (for WhatsApp and email). We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your information.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. Each laundry's data is kept isolated from others.

6. Data retention & your rights

We retain your data while your account is active. You can export your data at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its data by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
